Flash Drying Oven is designed to dry calcium alloyed plates. After pasting pasted panels, pass through FDO (Flash Drying Oven). The FDO is used for drying plates /panels and to attain the desired moisture, which is an important factor for curing process. The moisture content ideally should be 8~11%.

Plates are carried by steel conveyor. The speed of the horizontal conveyor can be continuously varied as to match the output of the pasting machine. The oven has inspection doors all around the main frame for easy maintenance.

Introduction

The purpose is to cure a coating, adhesive or a product. To have a successful curing process, the size of the heat source and distribution of airflow need to be considered. In-depth knowledge of Curing Process.
